My family and I had bought our first boat and couldn't be happier. We were out on West Point and disaster hit. We were moving along and in the middle of what I thought was the channel, we ran aground. We sucked up a bunch of mud in the motor and it started to over heat. I shut down the boat and not knowing I hydro locked the engine. When I tried to fire it up, my starter went out, and now it's time for a tow. I called Terry at A Lagrange towing. He worked out the details with Progressive and before I knew it, he and his crew were on the way. He was amazing at keeping me updated with his progress, so I wouldn't worry. His crew came to the boat, and took care of everything. We picked up my truck and trailer from Highland Marina and went to the dock where the boat was. He even had one of his guys stay and guard my boat. They helped me trailer the boat, and took care of the final details. Helpful, polite, knowledgeable, friendly, fast are only a few. And to top it off, he left a social function to come help my family and I. I would highly recommend A Lagrange Towing to anyone!
